Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in or engaging Baywest Learn (a service of Baywest Technologies Inc.) for training, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Training Services
Course content, schedules, and delivery formats are described at the time of booking. We may update curricula to reflect changes in Microsoft technologies and certification programs.
Booking and Payment
Training is billed per engagement, seat, or program as agreed in the statement of work or enrollment confirmation. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided at the time of booking.
Intellectual Property
Course materials are provided for your training use. Microsoft, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and related names are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Official Microsoft courseware remains the property of Microsoft.
Limitation of Liability
Baywest Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our training services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
